The Association includes an area below Bear Creek Reservoir as part of the water quality monitoring network. This area was going to be part of the watershed boundary, but the region was not identified in the original Bear Creek Control Regulation.  The Association recognizes this region overlaps with the downstream Barr-Milton watershed, but is still included in the Association monitoring network.
